Refund policy

All sales are final, except in the case of damaged or missing product. If product arrives damaged, please send images of the damaged/defective product to theravensroll@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery, and we can get a replacement set up. If package is not delivered, please reach out- packages are tracked and insured.
